Registration: 11:00 AM
Tee Time: noon and 2:30 PM (Play usually takes 45 min, we've allowed a little more time for the amount of players)

EVERYTHING (Sponsorships & TEAM Sponsors) must be paid ONLINE.

HEALTHCARE ENGINEER PLAYERS: Register if you are interested in participating - Teams are sponsored and you just need to add your name if you want to participate. NO GOLF EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

TEAMS: $300.00 - Teams consist of Five (5) players - 9 teams per TEE TIME. Team Sponsors should create their own teams or contact Rick Holmes to see who has registered and wants to participate.

PERKS: Lunch/snack ticket and 2 drink tickets. Prizes for skill holes and of course a coveted trophy!

HOLE SPONSORSHIPS: $125.00 - 18 available - 2 for each hole

LUNCH SPONSORSHIP: $1500.

BEVERAGE SPONSORSHIP: $500

MULLIGANS: $10.00

VOLUNTEER: Register to volunteer at registration, scoring, etc.
