Beyond the BBI

This presentation will focus on the importance of Healthcare Engineers knowledge of the accreditation process. Atrium Health leader Paula Ayscue,  Director of Accreditation, team will help provide some insight into how scheduling and working with AO’s is done. We will be able to review why the information provided to the LS Surveyor under the BBI has to reflect what’s on the organization's application.

Special Locking and the Conflicts That They Present

This presentation will review some examples of locking arrangements that cause issues during survey activity and how Security and Healthcare Engineers early review can help reduce code issues.
