  • Sign up to be placed on a team! 

  ASSOCIATE MEMBER - Teams only 
  

  • Team Registrations - ONE TEAM LIMIT PER COMPANY ALLOWED
  • Only $800 per 4 person team - 1 Healthcare Engineer per team limit
  • GOLF PLAYER REGISTRATION CLOSES on FRIDAY, JULY 17, 2026 (and Golfer Names are due on the same date!)
    

  

  SPONSORSHIPS

  • Breakfast Sponsorship - Exclusive - $100 Plus Sponsor provides & brings Breakfast for the Golfers & Volunteers

  • Lunch Cart Sponsorships– 2 available - $1000 each includes Cart for each sponsor to use for the day and help deliver lunches!!!

  • Cigar Cart Sponsorships– Exclusive - $300 each includes Cart but you must provide the Cigars, Cutters, Lighters, etc.!

  • Trophy Sponsor - Exclusive - $500 this sponsorship also allows you to help Larry hand out Trophies at end of the Tournament!

  • Skill Hole Sponsors - 5 available at $150 each. Sponsor must provide a Skill Hole Prize for the event worth $50 or more please!

  • Tent Sponsors - 5 available at $300 each - You choose the theme.  (YOU must bring / set up the tent and activities & coordinate purchase of alcoholic beverages through the course. You may supply any snacks and soft drinks!) 

  • Hole Sponsors - Unlimited @ $100 each

  • Putting Green Sponsor @ $1000 - Sponsor to manage and coordinate putting green!

  • Water Sponsor @ $200
