District IV will have their quarterly meeting on November 5^th at 2:00 and then have an educational session, “The Facility Director’s Toolbox” by Peter Martin, President of Gosselin/Martin Associates.

These are challenging times to work in healthcare. No matter your role, director, manager, supervisor, or tradesperson, you are likely beyond maxed out, and you probably have little time to think about big picture items related to your organization and your career.

Please join Peter as he helps to make sense of the discipline, identify trends, and provide attendees relevant information to help build their career. During this program Peter will touch on several areas to help make sense of the industry today, identify trends, discuss competencies needed for success, and review the hard skills and soft skills that are needed.
