2026 NCHEA District III Golf Event - Sponsorships

Registration

• Breakfast Sponsor – $200.00
  This sponsor provides breakfast before the tournament. Advertise to all of the sponsors and enjoy the day with us for as long as you wish!
  
  Sponsorship means that you have to supply / pay for Breakfast!
• Cigar Cart Sponsor – $300.00
  Cigar Cart Sponsor will provide the cigars, lighters, cutters etc. to hand out during the outing and will provide volunteers to drive the cart and distribute throughout the event.
• Driving Range Sponsor – $500.00
  This Tent will sponsor the Driving Range but be sure to host a fun tent and join into the competition of the day! Send your theme to Shawnak Doshi of Brasfield & Gorrie sdoshi@brasfieldgorrie.com
• Event Tent Sponsor – $500.00
  Host an Activity Tent
  
  If you haven't already, be sure to send your Tent Idea to Jeffrey Fuller of Monteith (Tent Coordinator) jfuller@monteithco.com so that he can ensure that everyone does something different AND FUN.
• Ice Cream Truck Sponsor – $500.00
  Sponsor our Ice Cream Truck at the end of play to ensure that everyone leaves with a Sweet Taste in their Mouth!
  Two sponsors this year will ensure that everyone has ice cream to enjoy.
• Lunch Cart Sponsors – $750.00
  No Beverage Carts at this outing, but we do need two carts. Sponsor the Lunch Cart and spend the day enjoying the course, meeting the players and offering Lunch and snacks. Two members of your team can drive the carts and can enjoy the day with our Hospital Engineers and Sponsors.
  Drivers must have a valid drivers' license and be familiar with Golf Etiquette when it comes to driving a cart.
• Putting Contest Sponsor – $500.00
  Host the Putting Contest! Manage a fun contest and provide prizes for the winners. You choose the rules of the putting contest and provide prize or prizes for the winners!
• Skill Hole Sponsors - 4 Available – $200.00
  Have your logo on the course and show your sponsorship of the NCHEA District III. The District will provide the Skill Hole Prizes.
• Trophy Sponsor – $500.00
  Ticket Sponsor Gets to Hang Out on the day of the outing with our Golfers and our Board, Drive a Cart Around to try out all of the tents and then present the Trophy to the Best Tent!
