The specifications for your sponsorship marketing collateral are below.

Each company will receive an email with a PRIVATE link to upload your marketing assets. Each company MUST upload, not email the marketing files. Upload your applicable files using this naming structure:
COMPANYNAME_VIDEO
COMPANYNAME_LOGO
Depending on your level of sponsorships you may be uploading one or both of these.
Logo Specifications All print ready logos must be received by February 9th for guaranteed inclusion in the on-site banners and applicable printed materials Logos will be added to the website and app within 3 business days of receipt 300 dpi for print - png or jpg for web-please submit both Video Specifications 16:9, 1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720 The advertiser, or its agency, will be notified if materials do not pass initial inspection, and corrective action is required. Replacement files must be uploaded within 2 business days of notification. |
