Sponsorships & Associate Member Registrations for the 2025 NCHEA District IV Education and Fishing 4th Quarter Event!

• 1) Fishing Trophy Sponsor – $300.00
  New Sponsorship Opportunity!!!
  The Fishing Trophy Sponsor will be highlighted on our District IV Webpage and during the event. This sponsorship will include 1 Meeting Registrant and an invite to the BBQ Lunch at the Marina! This sponsorship is not inclusive of a seat on the fishing boat.
• 2. Associate Member Single Fishing Trip - Waitlist – $250.00
  Associate members who wish to be placed on a boat to fish for the day, please register here. Once we have numbers confirmed we will release spots to those on the waitlist for $250 per seat
• 3. Fishing Trip Boat Sponsors = Three Seats on a Four Seat Fishing Boat – $900.00
  Sponsor a fishing boat
  You may bring three persons per sponsoring company to fish.
  We will assign hospital engineers per boat - based upon the number that sign up for this activity!
• 4. Associate Members - Education Only – $50.00
  Register here to attend the Educational Sessions on Thursday, including a Breakfast, 2 hours of accredited education and Boxed Lunch (9am to 12pm on Thursday, November 10th)
• 5. Breakfast Sponsor & Commercial Break – $650.00
  Register to help Sponsor our Breakfast for the District IV's Fourth Quarter Event!
  Breakfast Sponsors will be allowed 3 to 5 minutes at the morning session to introduce themselves and their company before the sessions begin.
• 6. Education Sponsor - Help the District IV's Education Goals! – $250.00
  Sponsor our Educational Event and have your logo on our marketing materials, district IV web page and throughout the event on the Presentation Slides and Signage. Includes Two Registrations for your team at the Educational portion of the symposium.
• 7. Evening Cocktail Event Sponsor – $700.00
  Companies may sponsor Thursday Night Cocktail Hour and can invite up to 3 of their company representatives to attend the Cocktail Hour. Includes 1 Education Registration. Each sponsor will be able to provide company information and display their signage at the Cocktail Event.
