  • Provide and Deliver an afternoon break treats for our CHC / CHFM Course attendees on September 15th at or around 2pm to combat those "Afternoon drowsies" for our attendees!
    You can determine what to bring - ie: Coffee bar and cookies, or water / sodas and chips the choice is yours, we just hope for all anticipated attendees to be provided for (anticipate 50).
    Someone from WakeMed will reach out to the registrant to help coordinate this delivery.
  • Bring in Breakfast offering for our CHC and CHFM Course attendees at the WakeMed Cary Hospital Campus before 8am on September 15th or 16th.

    We anticipate 50 attendees - you determine what breakfast offerings to bring so the cost is whatever you determine it to be. (Coffee & or breakfast beverages would also be appreciated.)
    Someone from WakeMed will reach out to the registrant to help coordinate this delivery.
  • Your company will be responsible for providing and bringing a Lunch offering for the anticipated 50 CHC and CHFM Course attendees at Wake Med Cary Hospital on September 15th at 11:30am

    You may determine what is provided so the cost for this sponsorship is undetermined, but priceless to the NCHEA!

Both the CHFM and CHC Exam Prep Courses will be offered on Tuesday.


 The CHFM and CHC certification exams will be administered Wednesday, September 16, 2026.


TEST INSTRUCTIONS:

  1.  Register for the CHFM/CHC COURSE.
  2.  Log back in and register for the EXAM on Wednesday.
  3. Go to the links below to download the Exam application and pay fee for exam - FEE IS PAYABLE TO AHA.
  4. Only PASSING Exams will be reimbursed for Full Healthcare Members.

You must visit the AHA Certification Center or download a hard copy of the exam application if you plan on taking the exams for either course on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) EXAM REVIEW PROGRAM

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Gain insight on CHFM exam content and preparation techniques.
Designed to give you an edge in preparation for the Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) Exam, this course will help you gain confidence in the five key competency areas of the CHFM test. Through a combination of lecture, CHFM-formatted practice test questions, and study materials, you will feel more prepared to take the CHFM exam and also learn best practices for taking a computer-based test.

Certified Health Care Constructor (CHC) Exam Review Program

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Before attaining premier CHC status, you want to ensure that you are adequately prepared for the exam. Designed to give you the tools for passing the Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) Exam, this course provides test taking tips, key topics, and sample questions identified in the CHC content outline (as listed in the CHC Candidate Handbook). This course will also use interactive polling technology, allowing each participant to answer questions and compare their answer with averages among those in class.
