✅Check Your Exhibitor Information and Profiles Carefully
All included booth personnel and any additional purchased booth attendees must be registered and paid before July 15 to avoid delays when trying to register on-site.
Be sure you've included emergency contacts and cell phone numbers in the event we need to contact someone about an exhibitor or a booth issue.

⏰Exhibitor Important Dates/Times

Set up
Tuesday, August 5, 2025, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM (Check-in/badges will be available at this time, PLEASE make sure your booth attendees for the opening reception are registered and have badges before leaving post-set-up. All exhibitors must be registered and in their booths by 5:15 PM for the opening reception.
Tear Down
Exhibits are to be kept intact until the closing of the show at 2:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, AUGUST 7, 2025. Break down does not start UNTIL 2:30 PM.
Exhibitor Registration and Badge Pickup
You will find the designated Exhibit Hours in the schedule, but attendees will often browse the exhibit hall if a presentation isn't relevant to their particular situation. There will also be day-pass and student visitors in attendance, so please have someone available at your booth throughout the regular conference hours.
All booth personnel and company registrants must check-in and receive a badge to enter the exhibit hall. Registration will be available during exhibitor load-in/set-up on Tuesday and each morning prior to exhibit hall opening for additional personnel.
For planning, remember that all exhibitors must be registered and in their booths by 5:15 PM for the Tuesday Evening Opening Reception.
